Beck Moore

Beck serves as the CEO of Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP), working to strengthen, advocate for, and empower the network of 43 Community Action Agencies, serving every county in the Commonwealth to effectively address issues of poverty and uniquely addressing Social Determinants of Health.  Drawing from personal experiences of homelessness, Beck is deeply committed to exploring how identity, geography, and health intersect within the context of poverty in Pennsylvania.  Currently, Beck is working on his debut book, Daddy Do You Remember: When You Were a Girl?, and hopes to heal others by sharing his journey of trauma and how he was able to begin living authentically.
